Located right next to the marina and great swimming pool with grotto on the top deck of the building. Staff is very friendly and a great time spent there.

Der Service war sehr entgegenkommend und hatte stets die Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut versorgt gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum in Bezug zur Zugänglichkeit zum Meer und zur Lagune. Die Ausstattung ist ohne Mängel und stets voll funktionsfähig. Ich kann das aber nur für die unsriege Unterkunft sagen, da wir keine Einsicht in andere Unterkünfte hatten. Si wie es aber scheint, waren alle anderen Gäste auch zufrieden. Danke

It’s not an hotel. It’s Appartments. Service limited opening hours limited. Has a Pool,,Beach, Marina etc. Accomodstion a bit dated. Staff was fine. Restaurant separate but good. Breakfast not available.

positiv: die Lage der Anlage könnte nicht besser sein, direkt am Strand mit eigenem Strandzugang; wir hatten ein Appartment im 1. Stock mit sehr großem Balkon und Blick aufs Meer; das Personal war sehr freundlich; jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hatten ein eigenes Bad mit WC; negativ: das Appartment wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt, man hat den Eindruck, es wird nicht mehr viel erneuert; mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im 2. Schlafzimmer, den Bädern und der Küche wären wünschenswert;

Sensationelle Lage, aber abgewohnt. Ideal mit Hund

Die Lage ist sensationell. Direkt am Meer. Einige Zimmer Blick aufs Meer und Hafen. Große Terassen. Hunde erlaubt. In der Nachsaison war es auch kein Problem direkt am Strand neben dem Hotel.Im Hotel direkt ist ein schönes Restaurant und eine Bar. Leider wird man Tag und Nacht von der Restaurant Musik berieselt. Mittagsschläfchen nicht möglich im F Bau.

Bajecna dovolena s dcerkou

Lokalita je uzasna, resort je obklopeny morem, pristavem jachet a do 5-10 minut jsme pesky ve starem centru Grada. Pristup do more je hned od resortu, vlastni brana z resortu na cip k brane, takze se nemusi obchazet verejnou cestou. Pozor na to, ze recepce funguje jen par hodin dopoledne a par hodin navecer, takze to muze trochu komplikovat zivot, kdyz je neco potreba. Delali jsme rezervaci pres Hotels.com a jejich nabidka pokoje nekoresponduje s definici pokoju hotelu samotneho. Napr. Pokoj se "sea view" hotel samotny nema v nabidce, pro ne to pry znamena, ze je pokoj na strane resortu otocene k mori (misto sea view nam dali pokoj u bazenu v prizemi obklopeny zeleni), takze tady jsme museli pozadat o zmenu na miste. Meli jsme objednany "Apartman s terasou, sea view". Pani nam vysla vstric a dala nam bezvadny pokoj s vyhledem na pristav a more. Ale byla to nahoda, ze byl volny. Recepcni rikala, ze to server definuje bohuzel jinak nez hotel samotny. Pozor na to, ze v resortu i Gradu (ale uz pry vsude v nizinate Italii) je neskutecne moc komaru, neumim si predstavit "prezit" ani jeden den v puvodne pridelenem pokoji v zahrade :/ Nez projdete zahradou, minimalne 10 jich na sobe pozabijite, doslova... :/ Bazeny super, ale brouzdaliste je docela hluboky bazen (cca 80 cm) pro velke deti. Miniaturni kuchynka s nejzakladnejsim vybavenim, bohuzel jar nebo houbicka na nadobi neni k dispozici. Uklid - 0x za tydenni pobyt. Plaz pro deti idealni, velika a velmi dlouhy vstup do more.

einfaches Apartment, schöner Ausblick, Strandähe

Das einfache Apartment im ersten Obergeschoss, hatte einen schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Die Betten waren gut, Sanitärbereich typisch italienisch, Balkon mit schönen Meerblick, das Hotel ist nahe zur Altstadt Grado, man kann im Hotel Fahrräder ausleihen und von dort nette Ausflüge machen. Besonders schön war der Pool oben auf der Terrasse. Die Bedienung im Restaurant und die Damen in der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat der Urlaub dort sehr gefallen.
