"The first room I was given smelled of cigarettes and the floor had a lot of crumbs on it. I requested and was given a second room. The gentleman at the front counter, went to the room with me to inspect it and it wreaked of cigarettes. He was very apologetic and found me another room. I really appreciated his assistance and customer service. Thank you."

"They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna say but don’t waste your time. They also got into it with a lady because they gave her the wrong price for a one night stay at the room charged her $400 they will scam you be safe "
