"Staff was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was beyond what we expected. My husband and child both said the pool was very enjoyable. We did not have a chance to try the in-house restaurant, but look forward to it next stay. The game room is a great option for kids and kids-at-heart. There is no lift, but they have a bike entrance that should exist in all hotels! It’s very close to quite a few shops and restaurants on the mountain, as well as very close to the base lodge. Staff had excellent recommendations for where to eat, even on a fairly late, off-season evening. We were there for a wedding, but had a minor family emergency and staff was kind enough to work with us on a later checkout time, which I was immensely grateful for. "
