"Friendly and welcoming staff, fabulous breakfast with lots of healthy and vegetation options (thanks to the staff for making us a special treat at breakfast on our last day!), clean room (we stayed in the Sunset jacuzzi suite), and amazing views of the hot air balloons from the hotel.
