"I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room.
I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel "
"What a great place to stay. Super spacious room, really welcoming staff and so clean. Price was a bargain and the restaurant food looked amazing sad that we had to leave early and before breakfast "
"The property is lovely with a traditional look but modern amenities. The room was huge with lovely furnishings and a good shower. Breakfast was good too with a buffet offering English and continental options. "

"A big thanks to Sue in particular. Nothing was a problem to her. She fetched us water , served us drinks when no one was behind the bar. Lovely lady just what you need in a hotel. "

"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there.
The location is good and it does have private parking. The flat has potential if they cleaned it properly.
They ask for a refundable deposit and an ID to stay. Since our departure and two emails later, we are still awaiting a reply and refund of our deposit. No reason at all to withhold our deposit. Other reviews on other platforms state the same issue, please be aware of this. "

Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking.
They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them.
