"Elevator was constantly broke down. So had to walk from 5th floor. Up and down steps , For 5 days. Morning we left had to carry luggage down steps , one of the exit doors to steps on our floor broken shut- a fire hazard. Take part of the 300 a night you charge and replace the elevators"

The courtyard was an excellent place to enjoy a night cap. I do wish I had upgraded our room. It was very small. We barely had room to put our luggage and walk around.
