"Nice place in a good location. Check-in was easy and the lady at the desk very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, but a little small. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was plenty of parking. The entrance was very inviting with lovely flowers and plants. The breakfast was sparse, with waffles, cereal, toast and bagels. Also orange juice and boiled eggs. No coffee in the room, but in the breakfast area. This was a nice, clean hotel that was a good value for the price. "

"Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!"

Before you unpack make sure your room is acceptable because they may offer to make an adjustment to the bill when they can’t fix your issue and then tell you they won’t because they made you an offer to move your room. After a long drive and unpacking, moving felt difficult. "
