"We had room service for breakfast, and it was delicious. I also wanted to say that I left a couple necklaces and they called and had them shipped back to me which was extremely nice of them. It is a beautiful hotel and everyone there is so kind. I don’t want to say too many nice things because I hope to keep this place a secret lol Will definitely be going here again. "Staff was nice and friendly when checking in. Parking is tight, and trucks take up 2,3, 4 spaces per truck. They dont get plates at check in to monitor this. They accept pets, but there is no grass anywhere except the tiny strip between the sidewalk and busy highway. We did walk a few blocks around to a park and cemetery. Beds were good and clean. Room ceiling is office ceiling tiles...one was missing in ours..very weird. Breakfast was mediocre. We just stayed one night with my parents in another room. Overall was fine, trucks all over the parking and parking in the handicap spots too was probably the worst part. "

"Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!"
