Staff were all really nice and as a Cultural Centre as well as hotel, does vital work with local children, teaching them self esteem using drumming and dancing which I gladly took part in. "Absolutely Appalling – Checked Out Without Staying - Hotel still refuses to refund reservation payment. I checked in after 10pm, only to be told by the receptionist that they weren’t even aware of my reservation. After a long wait in a tiny, seatless reception, we were led to a stuffy, dirty room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned — bed linens looked used, the AC was off, and there was a lingering smell of dirt. Asked to change rooms, only to be shown another clearly-used space — bedsheets just straightened, and a leaking AC dripping behind the bed. Totally unacceptable. Yes, the exterior looked okay with a neat lawn, but the rooms were filthy, unprepared, and unfit for paying guests. Worst of all, I had prepaid online and couldn’t get a refund, even though I left without spending the night. Avoid this hotel — they are not ready for guests, and certainly not worth your money. "
