"The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv was fussy with lines running through it. We told them about it they never fixed it. The WiFi had only 10 channels. Nothing worth looking at. The food didn’t taste good that we ordered and not many selections. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We booked for three days but only stayed one. We just took our loses. Never again! "

I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. "Absolutely Appalling – Checked Out Without Staying - Hotel still refuses to refund reservation payment. I checked in after 10pm, only to be told by the receptionist that they weren’t even aware of my reservation. After a long wait in a tiny, seatless reception, we were led to a stuffy, dirty room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned — bed linens looked used, the AC was off, and there was a lingering smell of dirt. Asked to change rooms, only to be shown another clearly-used space — bedsheets just straightened, and a leaking AC dripping behind the bed. Totally unacceptable. Yes, the exterior looked okay with a neat lawn, but the rooms were filthy, unprepared, and unfit for paying guests. Worst of all, I had prepaid online and couldn’t get a refund, even though I left without spending the night. Avoid this hotel — they are not ready for guests, and certainly not worth your money. "

"Just spent a week with my family and loved it. The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane traffic. It's about 8 miles/30min drive from West Hills Mall which has a big supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants which was good when travelling with children. Be aware: although it isn't far out of the city distance wise, because the traffic/roads are so bad it does take a long time to get to. If you were only in accra for a couple of days you might want somewhere a bit more central. Needs improvement: their back up generator wasn't working when we were there so every time there was a power cut (almost daily) there was no A/C. It wasn't a deal breaker but I've never stayed in a hotel in accra that didn't have a working back up generator. Would we stay there again: yes "
