"When I arrived to check-in, there was no staff at reception. The police was there to get reports from other people that wanted to check-in. The police said the person working at the desk quit her job that night, and nobody else was working. Now i’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. I had to find another hotel for the night."

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "
