"Lovely property staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always there to greet you at restaurant times and get you seated. Would always bring drinks ie water coffee or alcohol which was nice. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly even put the football on the tv for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and mini bars in the room always stocked. All in all a lovely resort with brilliant hard working staff would definitely recommend."

The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. "Location brilliant and what a spectacular view to arrive to - right by the sea. Lovely to have a welcome drink on arrival and staff so lovely and helpful. English is widely spoken. My partner and I came for one night with 2 other guests as we were getting married the next day and we wish we could have stayed longer! I’m pretty sure they upgraded our room for us so thank you so much, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and an amazing view. Food was fab, so much choice and the chefs even asked if we wanted anything else making which was so nice. The reason for 1 star less is only really because the drinks weren’t too good and cocktails weren’t the best but I really can’t fault anything else. We wanted to eat in the à la carte but you have to book the day before which was a shame but we still had a lovely meal in the main restaurant. Oh and the toilets by reception are the nicest toilets I’ve ever seen! "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
