The staff, specially Walter, the evening concierge and Fatou and Aicha, the breakfast staff, were the most helpful, kind, welcoming and wonderful! "Lovely hotel and staff. Location was very scenic - you definitely need a car though - good base for exploring Costa Smeralda and surrounding areas. Very quiet with returning guests. Only thing I would say is its all steps depending on where your room is. If you've got dodgy knees forget it. Steps everywhere - and uneven steps at that. But a nice place and great views."
