But best of all was the service. Super accommodating and did whatever they could to make sure we enjoyed our trip. "The hotel location was very nice. Super close walking distance to the beach. When I arrived my door key did not open the door to the room and the front desk had to use a machine to manually open to let me in. Maintenance had to come and fix the door and I was then able to enter using a key later that night. Overall it was a great stay. There were a lot of ants in the entrance and also the bathroom. "

"Five star help and attitude from most of employees. Door on our room broken and nearly impossible to get open and closed, went for help once and should have made them give us a different room. "We arrived 3 hours early, and we went in to ask if we could park there until the room was ready. The room was ready and we were allowed to check in at that point. The doorman accompanied us to our car with a cart and took out luggage up to our room. Everything was clean and the staff was courteous."
