I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in the first week in September and it was excellent value for money. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, while at the same time respecting my privacy. The Reception staff in particular were a big help to me as I had some complicated taxi trips to organize, and they also managed to arrange a late check-out for me even though I had not originally booked it. The pool was wonderful and the setting around the pool really lovely - eating...

This was our 3rd stay and was nice to see some of the same friendly staff from previous visits. Check in was very quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival. The vie from the 9th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only small thing I would add is that the hotplate food at breakfast could have been hotter. I used the spa and pool area most days and found it was kept clean with good facilities. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

I could not fault this Hotel. I was here on business for a few days and throughout my stay I could not fault the hotel staff and the service they gave. The only negative was i could not work my TV, but the WIFI was excellent so did not teally matter. The housekeeping was brilliant and the room was comfortable, clean and peaceful and also large. I would use this hotel again and recommend others to stay. Lovely staff and great food and breakfast.
