"Great room! Had a studio, so cute! Check in was breeze and staff was very cherry and helpful. They were even able to get tickets to shows for us. The room we had, had a kitchenette. It was stocked with plenty of extra tissue and paper towels etc so we didn’t need anything at all during our stay. Plenty to do. Pool was in nice shape. Toilets flushed, elevator worked and was clean. Ice machine worked. Great experience. "

"We had late check-in. Stephanie (?) called to let me know what I needed to do. Everything was easy to find. The rooms were very nice. There had been some rain so there were a few extra critters that came inside but the front desk sent someone down to take care of them. Was disappointed that the pool play area wasn't working since I had grandkids that were looking forward to it. We did make it work and the little one enjoyed the slide."
