Too noisy we have been woken up everyday around 0600am and could never open a window or relax on the balcony due to construction work right next door although we did request quiet room.Another high rise is going up soon so don’t waste your money and time for at least two years so go elsewhere if you want relax

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you weren't able to relax like you wanted to during your stay. There is quite a lot of construction going on around the place at the moment. It does state on our partners pages that construction noise may affect you during your stay.

Friendly property manager, Paul. Changed the timing of the swimming pool pump as it was quite noisy when running on our first night as we were on the ground floor, close to the pool area. He changed the cycle to run during daytime hours. Happy with our stay.

We loved being on the ground floor, easy in and out and the pool was lovely first thing in the morning after watching the sunrise at the beach two blocks away :)

The property was excellent. The landlord was very friendly. The only problem we experienced was the flights of stairs we had to climb. We found that a bit difficult considering our age. We are both in our 8os

Excellent unit in great location
From the moment we arrived and Paul showed us were to park our car and then helped carry our bags up to the unit and showed us through explaining how everything worked we had the best of several stays we've had in the Gold Coast. We cannot recommend this this facility highly enough. The location is close to everything and the staff are fantastic while never being obtrusive, unless you really need them you would hardly know they're there. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel,position.
Enjoyed my stay, hosts were pleasant and obliging. Comfortable bed,couch,table. Kitchen has abundant utensils with bonus/excess products like canola spray,salt/pepper,sugar,dish-washing liquid etc. Highly recommend.

We got there really late and guess what, Paul was still in the reception waiting for us to check in - great customer service. He took us straight away to our room, of which is not the poshiest, but definitely one of the cleanest. Self contained apartment/hotel room whatever you wanna call it. Close to a servo (Coles Express), tram that goes both Broadbeach way and Surfers' Paradise, around 15 mins walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and less than a min walk to the actual beach. I can't fault anything, absolutely enjoyed our stay.

I requested 2 single beds. Unfortunately it was 1 double and 1 rollaway bed. which was uncomfortable for my teenage son. Also had to pay extra for the rollaway bed. Otherwise a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Hi Shirley Lovely having you stay and thrilled you enjoyed most of your time. For those who read responses we only have queen bedding in all our apartments.Means we hire in a rollaway ,should twin bedding be a requirement..And there is a small tariff attached. They are ok for the up to 12 years but not ideal for teens or adults
