We had 2 nights in one apartment, but it didn't have Foxtel (as indicated on booking). The apartment was a little tired with very old furniture. But relatively clean. Then we were upgraded (staff were fantastic, very attentive and communicative. Hats off to the reception staff). This was a much cleaner and newer apartment. Very difficult to sleep though, without air con in the bedrooms. Had to move kids' mattresses to living area, because the bedroom was unbearably hot.Great location though and would like to stay again, but would need to know which unit and if it has air con in the rooms.

Not 5 star luxury but we loved it, clean tidy with an amazing ocean view as requested. Close to everything and we arrived almost an hour early wet from the rain to be kindly allowed to check in early .. We will be back .. thanks

Hi Thilan,Thank you for your feedback, i'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a working tv, i hope you let our reception staff know so that this could be fixed. We do supply a few amenities for a few days, but yes then extra items need to be purchased. This is to ensure we can keep our accommodation costs as low as possible.We hope you come back to stay again.

Location and beach access excellent We were in 501 and the aircon did not reach down to the bedrooms. Fans in bedrooms just circulated humid hot air. We would stay again but request an appt with better aircon

Great property poor service
Great property in a great location, the only let down was when we reported a problem with the hot water service unfortunately the staff had a terrible attitude. We spent 2 out of 3 nights without hot water and the communication was horrendous. Problem was reported Sunday morning, chased up Sunday lunchtime, chased again Sunday evening and nothing done until Monday morning. With zero communication or attempt to resolve the problem. The owner of the property was very dismissive and rude.

Staff in the office were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely,starting to look a bit tired but very very clean. We were supplied everything we needed to cook and wash with a dryer available as well. We will definitely use this place again as everything was in walking distance. The only thing would be a ramp up to the entrance so you can wheel it not have to carry a heavy case,especially for someone who is elderly could be an issue

Fantastic location, right next to beach, walking & running paths, cafes & good range of restaurants. Beautiful balcony overlooking beach. Only negative was there was no hot water for the last 24 hours of our stay.

Property was in a brilliant position close to beach all shops and restaurants. The pool area was good . Unfortunately the room was old and unclean dusty and we found hair in the draw in the bathroom. The building management were very helpful fixing our complaints and quickly arranged cleaning and maintenance. I would definitely stay there again in a renovated room

We enjoyed this stay as much as our 1st stay in March 2021. We definitely will be back sooner rather than later. The outlook is fabulous and the closeness to the Oasis Shopping complex, Broadbeach restaurants and light rail is a big bonus. The complex pool snd spa area we thoroughly enjoyed. Only complaint is that the curtains in the 2nd bedroom didn’t fit (too long) and they didn’t slide or hang properly.

The apartment was super modern and we are extremely happy with how it looked! Much better than the photos :) the only feedback is that it definitely needs more towels, regardless of a washing machine, there needs to be more and the hand towels were a bit odd material. Other than that, fantastic beach views and amazing unit!

Fantastic stay!
The room was exactly as in the photos. It was very comfortable but not enough blankets as it was cold... The beds only had a top sheet with a thin blanket. Luckily there was a small heater and the split air conditioner to heat up the unit. The location is fantastic - directly opposite Oasis Shopping centre with loads of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would highly recommend South Pacific Plaza and would happily stay here again!

Great location and even greater staff. Walk to the beach in a couple of minutes with a variety of dining options throughout the oasis all in walking vicinity. My only gripe was i expected a more modern room. From the outside the hotel looks fairly new. Other than that still a good place for its location.

Fantastic apartment, spacious, clean, well appointed and great location. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the beds may be due for an upgrade, master was a bit on the worn in side and my daughter Said she could feel springs in hers.
