Lovely property which was clean and well maintained. Pity about the construction next door but it doesn’t at this stage impact your stay. Pool area and roof top garden are lovely. Rooftop garden is great for photos of the Gold Coast both during the day and at night

Great place to stay, close to tram, beach and short walk to surfers paradise town. Apartment had everything we needed to cook while staying and we loved the spa/pool. Only downside is the area is a little noisy but would recommend staying here.

Perfect for what we wanted, the building site across the road is only going to get worse as it rises out of the ground. Rhapsody staff nice and attentive, close to beach and restaurants. Currently views spectacular.

10 minutes walk to surfers Paradise. Beautiful Ocean view with newly renovated rooms. Great service from the staff at reception. Heated outdoor spa is very warm on a cold day. Gym on the 27th floor has amazing views and the barbecue area on rooftop is very spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rhapsody. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, right near the tram, across from the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Staffs were not friendly at all. Young and not professional at all. I paid for the ocean front and once I arrived at night I have given a room that very difficult you could see the ocean. Then I complained and reception gave me another room which was a little better view but not ocean front again. They said it’s ocean view, not ocean front. Anyway, do not relay on resort photos. Also I asked for a few hours late check out and the girl very strictly said no, you can not stay longer. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

Unfortunately the rooms are classed as Ocean View, and not Ocean Front only because of the way the rooms are positioned in the apartment as we have North, East & South facing apartments. We try our best to allocate as per requests, however unfortunately these are subject to availability. In terms of the late check out, again this is subject to availability and is able to be provided if we have the capacity for this. We hope we can provide a more enjoyable stay in the near future.

Be aware there is no 24 hour reception/check in service and to reach the after hours number was a nightmare. When I called the lady couldn’t find my details and it took a while for her to realise that we had a reservation. All this time we were standing outside for 45 mins. Finally a security guard let us in to check our I.D. All this was very exhausting after a long travel. Couldn’t the security guard just come to the door, and let us at least have a seat in the lobby for us to be more at ease while confirming our reservation. We are lucky it wasn’t raining!!!! I’m unsure if I will use this hotel again

We loved our stay at Rhapsody and would definitely be back! Location is perfect - steps to the beach, ocean view, steps to the tram, and walking distance to street mall and attractions. It is slightly tucked away from the main hustle and bustle which was perfect for us. Cleaning staff was a little sporadic, not regularly refilling items like tea and coffee, but other than that everything was perfect!

The view was incredible, the location was great, right on the ocean. The property was very clean with all essential items for a week’s stay. Unfortunately a new construction was underway in front of the building. Blinds across all of the windows would have been preferred.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was really disappointed that there was very noisy construction right below our suite. With previous concussion issues I was not able to enjoy the balcony or open windows. We were offered a different room but at an additional cost.

Likes - free on site parking - friendly staff - restaurant on site - gym at level 27 = can run and enjoy the view! - nice rooftop garden at level 41 with breath taking views - ocean view directly facing surfers paradise beach - the room was generally quite clean - the included kitchen comes fully equipped! - they even provide washing and cleaning detergent - the master bedroom has its own walk in closet and spacious toilet! - complimentary bath towels if you were to use their swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna - walking distance from surfers paradise beach Dislikes - I asked if it was possible to do early check in at 1030am instead of 2pm and all they said was “oh I’ll expedite it for you and contact you via email”… after asking a few times I ended up getting checked in at 2pm (the designated time) - anyway small matter, I’m not gonna deducts stars because it’s states in their policy - but at least tell me straight up so I don’t have to sit around waiting.
