Everyone of the staff were friendly, Lorretta explained all at checkin and found it very convenient with the restaurant down stairs which was also inexpensive and the food was great

Hotel with pub food
Other than the bed is too soft, the room is better than my last time stay. It’s very convenient to have dinner downstairs and the food is reasonably priced.

Great stay!
Newly renovated, clean, comfortable and very quiet. A tad on the small side but didn’t bother me because I was alone. The food was delicious, it was delivered to my room and I got a discount at the bistro. Would stay again!

What a hidden gem! This is by far the best accommodation in Nerang. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bathrooms have obviously been completely renovated very recently. The bed and bedding are so comfortable! Great in-room entertainment options, excellent food in the pub and everything is scrupulously clean. Super friendly, helpful staff! Very reasonable prices.

The lock on our motel room door was broken and the door wouldn't lock. Staff knew this but said a locksmith wasnt available to fix it. We spent the night with noisy people drinking and making noise in the room next door, we had no way to complain after hours, and at one stage someone tried to open our broken door! No sleep, did not feel safe and would never attend this place again.
