Just had a mouldy smell to the room, bathroom was mouldy, fan and aircon had dust all over it, didn’t feel clean. Needs more places to sit outside cause room feels cramped. Location was good, close to transport and easy to jump in a car and make way to surfer paradise etc.

Did not have my room available they did know why, so gave me another room that had not been made up, bed had been slept in dirty towels on the floor, so then they gave me another room, finally I was able to get some sleep, very unorganised not helpful and didn’t have any explanations, did even offer a discount for all the mucking around very disappointing would not recommend

Very unhygienic with little German cockroaches everywhere. On the cutlery and crockery when I arrived. Later in my belongings! Not happy. Couldn’t wait to leave the room. Left at 4:30AM
