The drinking glasses were not washed properly. Full of soap. The hotel also lost power for 5 - 6 hours around 9 pm until 2-3 am and we were not notified or informed/ even a simple apology during checkout .we had to sleep without the air con in the humid QLD weather. Location was great.

The windows where leaking water from the rain water and the carpets where wet and smelling. We reported to the reception and they sent a house keeper with extra towels to put on the windows to hold the water. No follow up where made to see if water was still getting in, though it rained throughout ...
