"Except for an elevator that needed repairs, this was a delightful property right on the beach. In the harbor area, I think it was one of only a few in Brookings that could claim they were on the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, had a lovely balcony with beach/ocean view. We left the slider open to hear the waves all night. It's a large property with 4 buildings, so the breakfast room was large and spacious with plentiful options. The breakfast attendant kept everything well supplied and the table and serving areas clean. Perfect for beach walks at low tide with another area to park and walk on the beach right down the road. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Great little gem in Gold Beach! We were just passing through and saw this, were able to get a river side view which was so nice and peaceful. Budget option but had a lot of amenities (though we didn’t use them at our stay), and the bed was very cozy. Would recommend!"

"This property is very clean, friendly, beach access is superb, very reasonably priced, spacious rooms. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast was minimal but free is always good. The coffee was delicious. "

"Breakfast was delicious especially with their roasted sliced ham! The rest was typical, sausage and biscuits, eggs, waffles, etc. We were traveling with our dog and the large area in the back of the motel was perfect for walking him especially since there was also a trail to the beach which we walked at least once a day. Gorgeous sunset and a very friendly staff. The only negative was if you had a noisy guest in a room above you. We will definitely be back! "
