Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
