"This was about the fifth time that I have stayed in this building (not this unit). I like the location of the building as it is close to all of the things that I like to do when visiting HCM. This was definitely the nicest unit that I have stayed in. The unit could use some patchwork as there was a small hole in the ceiling in the master bedroom, the toilet seat in the master bathroom appears to be broken or loose, and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. If those things are taken care of, I would give this place 5 stars. As I said, in comparison to the other units I have stayed in, this one is the nicest and has awesome views of the city. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was nice, apartment clean, bathroom nice, We were there only one night as it was closer to the airport than our first hotel. Not allot of restaurants around, close to market and an dong plaza. Good for transit hotel."

"I changed three rooms before I settled on the second day on my 7 day stay in the hotel. . But was not happy . good for Korean and Chinese visitors , who have extended stay. The premises is dirty. I gave good tip to house keeping on the second day , so I feel it worked well on third room. Bathroom not clean in all three rooms. Maybe it is old residences place not well mainted. One room the A/C did not work. In my room the fridge did not work. Good luck. 😩"
