"Stayed for 9 days with my parents. Located on 32nd floor of apartment building. So great views and quiet. Comfortable place. Good communication with hotel staff, very responsive to our requests. Make sure to communicate early before arrival to set up a meeting time for check in because there’s no front desk. We communicated via WhatsApp after establishing initial contact on hotels.com website. Located within 5 min walking distance to Lotte Mart. Beautiful infinity pool. No gym. "

"It’s nice the staff are friendly and the place is clean but it isn’t near anything to walk to and the place is a little eccentric not everyone’s cup of tea unless you love gold and velvet and the welcome drink is tea or coffee and the breakfast is very basic "

"The best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very helpful and kind. They responded immediately to every request I had. However, there were a few issues. The safe box was not working from the first day; they replaced it, but the new one was placed on top of the old one. The electricity kept ticking every five minutes; they said it was due to an overload. There was also no hot water in the room throughout my stay."
