This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "The space was as advertised. Great location! Close to trams. The living room furnishings were quite stained and dirty. The King sized bed was extremely comfortable. The all-in-one washer/dryer did not work well but used the drying rack. "

"This is a remotely operated aparthotel with an online reception and electronic key sent directly to your mobile phone. Located on a residential street on the edge of town, but still a short walk from the main town and the beach. Very high spec rooms and bathroom with loads of space. If you don't need the benefits of a full service hotel, this is a great option."
