"The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spotless, the towels are the best I have ever found in an hotel and the fridge is well packed. To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."

"Coming from the central train station, Kraków Główny, the tram ride wasn't thrilling. The city seemed like a normal European city. It wall changed the moment I crossed the river. The scene changed instantly! The beauty was uplifting! Once I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a kind young lady from behind the reception desk, who helped me with a very easy check in, and answered all my questions. "

"Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Prosecco and mini bar were a nice touch. Central location, within walking distance of the Jewish quarter and old town and very handy for the train."

"Lovely modern hotel and rooms are spacious and have modern and clean facilities. Small bar area but plenty of staff on hand and friendly, happy to help you with drinks and provide information on local transit. Breakfast was moved to a conference room on second day due to remodelling works in the restaurant, but still very well organised and plenty of choice."
