"The hotel is a solid 7.0 out of 10. The innkeepers were fine The property is dated but clean and well maintained.The sound of the river at night was pleasant. The town of Lincoln seems to be struggling with a dip in tourism. in hindsight, we might have chosen another town as base."

"Very old motel. Staff was ok. Room was ok, very old carpet. would not want to walk on it with bare feet. Most surfaces were cleaned as was the room , as long as you didn't look too hard. For me it was what I expected given what I paid."
