"We were grateful to have such lovely spacious accommodations overlooking beautiful Loon Mountain. We were able to get into our room a little earlier than expected & Michelle, the front desk lady, was so helpful and kind. She shared how this hotel had special craft times & movies for young & old to take advantage of. There was also a large outdoor hot tub to relax in, the water was not too hot and having it outside was wonderful since the view was outstanding. A well maintained walkway from the hotel led to town for an enjoyable walk. So much to do here and yet comfortable enough to unwind. Perfect place to stay."

"Hotel is beautiful and clean;However, a bat time of the year to go. Nothing is open. The only complaint about the hotel is the finishing of the pool. it's horrible, the way it was built is unsafe, the bottom and the walls of it are terrible the finishing of them are so rough as a sand paper. I scratch myself with it and my son too. The hotel is pretty new. "

"The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!"

"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got taken. The texting system does not seem to be the best option, but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly. "
