"My intial check in was quick and pleasant until I entered the room ### with shattered windows that appeard to be from a bullet??? Okay so i went down and requested a new room that wasnt a part of a crime scene, lol. The young lady then advised me that because i booked through a 3rd party she wasnt able to change my room, and she then walked away on the phone to contact her manager ( i dont know I'm just assuming because she walked away and didn't say anything else) however i waited patiently with that assumption. She then came back 5 minutes later which can seem long without any request to hold. She then provided me with another key, no appreciation for my waiting and went on about my businesses. During my wait in the lobby, it was very obvious there was he/she soliciting illegal services on the premises. The new room had visible mold in the bathrooms and the furniture was torn and tattered. I went to a nearby Walmart and purchased clorox and lysol to disinfect the room. If I were able to get a refund i certainly would have checked out. "

"Horrible. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are an absolute disaster. The room was dirty. There was a hole in the wall, boogers on the bathroom wall, an extension cord crossing the room, pubic hair in the sink. Yes, in the sink where you brush your teeth. We used the restroom for #1 and the toilet got randomly clogged. The furniture is broken and very dirty. There was a small chair and it had what seem to be old blood stains. It was a terrible experience. Mind you, we are talking about a “suite” here. Save yourself time and a headache and stay elsewhere. "

"The staff, Steve, was amazing. Our room was terrible! It smelled really bad with no way to open the window. There were stains on the bathroom walls. The toilet paper holder kept pulling out of the wall. The sink faucet was leaking all over the counter. The locking mechanism on the door was broken off which really gave me the creeps! The sheets and pillowcases were clean but the pillows smelled. Nothing good about this place. "

"The room was clean and there were no bugs, Linens were all stained. Bathroom was not very clean. Quite a few questionable people lurking around and smoking weed. "

"I was charged a deposit of $100. but there is not $100 worth of items in the room. Tv is the first flat screen model. the staff is rude to people that are black. The rates are high for no reason. The staff has preferences of who they give hospitality too, its usually no one who works. The towels are hard and stained. and they only wanna do room service twice a week if your staying weekly, which is nasty, laying on hotel sheets for more than 2 nights is gross. but what can you expect from these foreign owners who only want more money and give less or nothing for it, yet they all live on property, so while guess are paying their living expenses and treated poorly. Red roof do better!"
