"I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults."

"Hotel easy to find but a convoluted exit arrangement due to one way road. However the place was very clean and tidy. Easy parking , friendly staff and very quiet even though it was on a main road. Will stay there again if in Ballarat. "

"Alfred motor inn was everything we needed. Spotless clean and tidy, everything well maintained and working. Such a comfortable and secure stay. And the price was great. Definitely going back and highly recommend."

"Unfortunately house was very dusty and some dishes in cupboard dirty. Lawn was so long front and back that the children could not play there. This was very disappointing as we had planned to sit on deck and watch and interact with them in backyard. Was up to toddlers waist 😡. We also fouls we were overcharged from what the stays sight said. "
