"Staff were very helpful. The room was a bit tired in terms of decor, the shower needed re siliconed and items were found under the bed from the previous occupants.
A fridge in the room would have been beneficial. The weather was exceedingly hot when we were there, it would have been nice if jugs of water were left in communal areas.
The “continental breakfast “ did not contain cheese or ham."
"It was a nice property overall, but our room reeked of cigarettes, now my clothes also smell of cigarettes :-(
We booked a second room for the rest of the family and that was much nicer.
Helpful staff, nice restaurant with a delicious breakfast.
Beautiful sunset over the restaurant terrace."
"We had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful as when we got there we weren't sure about the carpark but reception explained how it worked. What i did like was we were asked if we wanted housekeeping as we were only there for two days we didn't see the point so we said no. The hotel for us was in a perfect position with lovely sea views and the promenade a minute away. We would definitely stay there again."
"Room was clean but missing a curtain, we had to fashion something with the other 2. No teaspooon to stir drinks with. Noise from room above early in morning and a drunk hammering on front door early hours of Sat morning, so sleep was limited. Staff friendly and obliging."
"Had a great stay here after a last minute decision to stop over in Glastonbury. The family room was perfect for my husband, myself and our 5 year old with a very large space and comfy beds in a well decorated and clean room. It also had a fan which was appreciated on a hot day. The staff were really friendly and made a big fuss of our boy. We had dinner in the pub and the children’s meal included ice cream in the price which made him very happy! Steak and ale pie, gammon and kids sausage and chips were all bang on. The location is perfect for exploring the shops, abbey, Tor and Chalice Well. Also managed to park in the pub car park at the back which has limited spaces, but saves a lot when you can avoid the prices of public parking. We’ll 100% stay here again on our annual pilgrimage to Glasto!"
