"He was wonderful. The room was to be expected size. Everything was great hotel. Staff was wonderful. The major issue here with this specific property is parking. Parking is not convenient, especially when there are sports events in the area."

"The room smelled terrible. The air conditioning ran all night but we didn’t want to turn it off risking it smelling worse. There was dogs barking and loud music throughout the night. Overall not a great experience, but we had no other choice since all other hotels were booked for the Glass City Marathon. :/ "

"Rooms were not clean, food left in fridge, tub left dirty, elevator broken, had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. Lady at the front desk was lovely but this hotel needs a ton of help. Tried to check in with a company card and they wanted us to fill out credit card authorization forms. We stay at different hotels for weeks on end as touring musicians and never ask to do this, forced us to come back post show only to find unclean rooms. Had to do the check in process at 1:00am instead of having it done at 3:00pm to save us time when arrived. Overall Not a great experience "

"Amazing staff. Building is older but, great for the rate you're paying. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. 5 star service, 3 star suites."

"Our check in was easy - we were asked a floor preference, which was nice. Room was clean and A/C worked just fine (a little noisy, but that is typical). We went down for breakfast at 7:45 and things were low (sausage, cinnamon rolls). While we were there, they were not refreshed."

"It was the worst hotel I have ever booked. I left and went to another hotel even though I couldn’t get a refund. The entire hotel smells like a moldy, medley, old ashtray that has not been cleaned in 4 decades. I had to leave because I couldn’t breathe anymore. It was nasty! Stay away from this place. Hotel.com should be ashamed of itself for having a no refund policy on this kind of property because you have no idea how bad it is until you get there. I will never use the website again because there’s no advantage for using it. "
