Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Excellent hosts. They made us feel at home. We stayed there for 1 week with a balcony view of the pyramids. Very respectful and great source of information. Osama and Hamza were always pleasant and kind. The room is very comfortable, hot showers , air conditioning and immaculate clean. The best guesthouse in the whole Egypt. Without a doubt I would be back there when back to Egypt. Will recommend to anyone.

We stayed here as a family of four as parents with two older teenagers and had to separate rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean, good amenities. We had a room each with a hot tub as requested and had a view of the pyramids which was wonderful. The rooms were located along where the road is so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. The staff were great the best thing about the hotel was everything. What i really found intriging was one call wverything on the doorstep in a matter if few mins.. everything was 5* the swimming area inside pool outdoor the roof top excellent service.. i amazed this isnt a 5*!!!! Very very clean great job...
