"My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened. The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and...

"Lovely, kind hosts, beautiful serene area. Huge room with a beautiful outlook. Heating & electric blanket - which we needed! The restaurant was opened especially for us (we were the only ones there as it was mid winter) & we had the best steaks we’ve ever had). Very comfy bed. Highly recommend this beautiful serene place. "
