"Overall really loved the Hotel. Lovely view from our room over the bay. The staff were really lovely and helpful. One problem we did have was the menu shown on the website has obviously not been brought up to date. Before visiting we had chosen what we wanted from the online menu (which also stated a 10% surcharge) only to find a completely different menu on arrival with a 12.5 % surcharge. Having arrived after a long journey I ended up having a bowl of soup! This may be useful for future visitors as nowhere else to eat locally. The breakfast, however, was perfect."

"The staff was very helpful. However here are my concerns. Our room was very hot the mattress was hard. The operator for the hot shower water was very confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the UK design for the hot water operator. Also the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. "

"It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come back again to reminisce the unforgettable experience we had this time."
