" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

It is clean and quite hotel situated on the outskirts, although good public transport is available close by. Probably best suited for travelling by car.
Menu in the restaurant for dinner needs improvement but you cannot fault the breakfast menu which was excellent

Our first stay at this hotel. Literally 2/3 minute walk from the train station. 30 minute train ride from Amsterdam Central. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety. Bar served tasty food/drinks. Room spacious, everywhere very clean. Staff assisted us with minor issue re room card.

Lovely room, very close to parking, less than 10 minutes walk from town centre. The staff were professional and friendly. We'd definitely stay again.
