As we were travelling from the other side of the country we had requested if any non-dairy milk was available for use on the day we arrived and although the host said that would be fine, no milk available on arrival. "Lacked charisma whilst it is a lovely building the rooms and corridors looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice but no personal touches. £10 each to use the pool was a bit poor as a resident I have never paid this surcharge in any other hotel so we didn’t bother. We booked this hotel as it was close to princesshay shopping which was about 3 mins walk perfect. £15 to park there for 24 hours seemed reasonable. "
