"I have stayed in many hotels and I was underwhelmed with the facility and lack of amenities. I didn't expect much for the price I paid, but some basics were missing. The carpet was not clean, the linen was nearly see thru, there was NO phone, microwave or iron and ironing board in the room. "

The good: comfy beds, helpful staff, clean enough, well maintained, standard hotel breakfast The bad: definitely dated, the AC rattled like there was no tomorrow, the floors were extremely creeky to the point I felt bad for the people in the room below"

"The staff, especially Matthew the GM, went over and above on our stay. I’ve never had anyone at breakfast at a hotel ever in my travels (which has been a lot) so through and ask each table how breakfast was and if they could get us anything. Housekeeping was helpful. Sarah at the front desk was great. We will definitely be back for our next conference."

"There was a long wait at the front desk with no apologies on the wait and no apologies when they couldn't find my reservation due to "a problem with Expedia". The white comforter had several stains that looked like fecal matter and there were similar fecal stains on the toilet. We went down and told them at the front desk about the stained comforter and had to wait 10 minutes to get a new one with no apologies. We are not picky travelers and it takes a lot to complain but I feel like these things need to be addressed."
