I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). ...

Nice place! 15 minute walk into Ghent City Centre, where comparable properties will cost 50% more Local amenities looked good, but we walked into the city centre both days and evenings of our 2 night stay
