Dos cosas no me gustaron llamé a recepción para pedir una taza que no nos habian puesto en la habitacion y no me la alcanzaron dijeron que yo debia bajar y ya era tarde entonces lo dejé así. Al dia sgte fue cumpleaños de mi mamá y aunque no estaban obligados les comuniqué a ver si me acompañaban a cantarle y ni la saludaron, tal vez yo esperaba mucho. Pero es mi opinión. "I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "

"AC did not work whatsoever and rowdy crowds at night made opening a window not much of a better solution. Sleeping was very hard every night because of this. "

"We had a lovely stay in Gent at the CASTLENOU apartment/hoIel.I would suggest having complimentary coffee snd tea available for guests. There are both in the rooms, however a limited selection. Breakfast had an extensive selection of a variety of breakfast foods for fifferent cultures. We had a suite which was roomy. "
