"The location and hotel was perfect. The room and hotel is clean and well kept. The staff Morena was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped us tie-in some loose ends with our tours and provide new spots to check out. The breakfast is okay, especially when heading out early. The bar was safe and comfortable. This hotel is located in a very pleasant area. Note, we did not travel with pets, young or little children. thus, we did not use any amenities. Supper fun vacation and stress free."

Dos cosas no me gustaron llamé a recepción para pedir una taza que no nos habian puesto en la habitacion y no me la alcanzaron dijeron que yo debia bajar y ya era tarde entonces lo dejé así. Al dia sgte fue cumpleaños de mi mamá y aunque no estaban obligados les comuniqué a ver si me acompañaban a cantarle y ni la saludaron, tal vez yo esperaba mucho. Pero es mi opinión. En el desayuno tardaban mucho en reponer los alimentos. Sin embargo algunas personas del counter fueron amables."

"I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "

"AC did not work whatsoever and rowdy crowds at night made opening a window not much of a better solution. Sleeping was very hard every night because of this. "

"We had a lovely stay in Gent at the CASTLENOU apartment/hoIel.I would suggest having complimentary coffee snd tea available for guests. There are both in the rooms, however a limited selection. Breakfast had an extensive selection of a variety of breakfast foods for fifferent cultures. We had a suite which was roomy. "
