Lovely room, quiet environment. Air conditioning was not working in our room and we were offered another similar room. The staff at breakfast were lovely and very helpful especially Nisha. Aesthetics of the hotel was lovely as well. Enjoyed our stay.

Parking was an additional 20 Euros per day. Breakfast was an additional 25 Euros per person per day (29 Euros if not booked through reception). No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)

The rooms very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest. We stayed for 2 nights and the services were good. The last at the reception received us even though we were late to check in. She helped with all the details we needed as soon as possible. Parking is expensive. But better to park in the premises than on road. Parking is€20 for 24 hours on first come first basis. Overall a good experience and we will choose Courtyard Marroitt again if we get a chance.

Nice clean property on the outside of Ghent. Parking is easy but expensive (20 euro). They do have lots of electrical charging points for cars so that’s for sure a comfort. Breakfast too expensive but that’s not a surprise.

Personnel extra. Serviable compétents et souriants. Gros point négatif, la chambre très sale. Surtout le sol pas aspiré et des traces de peinture. Restes de popcorn au sol ainsi qu’un emballage de nouilles instantanées. Beaucoup de poussière sur et dans le haut des meubles. Pas de room service. À part la chambre, très bel hôtel.
