"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, on check in we were given 2 large single beds despite our booking being for a Double Bed and Double Sofa Bed. I’d like to think this was a mistake but it also happened on check in at the Novotel Cairo Airport. The issue was fixed when we went back to reception and showed them our booking confirmation.
