Reserved a King suite, but by the time when we arrived (10pm), the door was locked, the reception not staffed. When we finally got in, the reception looked in disarray... boxes and papers everywhere. The receptionist went on with her conversation with her girlfriend, whi was standing right next to us, and wasn't even looking at us!! We finally got our room, ... 1 double bed, in a room that reeked of soup and smoke, carpet was dirty, and frayed! When we went back to the reception for a change of room since we payed for a King size bed but apparently they gave away the few king rooms they have...what's the point of a reservation then !!! We got a double double! The elevator reeks of pot,, 80 degrees in the room, windows not insulated with noise from the road and parking lot, not even silver ware or a cup for tea in the kitchenette! Bathroom had crud everywhere, hair from the previous customer was in the tub, faucet from the tub is broken ...! You could smell the pot smoke through the vent, until it triggered the smoke alarm at 11h15 pm! After a surprisingly event less night,we checked out, leaving the room cards on the reception desk, as we waited for 10 min and nobody was there to greet us or check us out. Terrible experience, don't stop there, for the price ($90) it's a total sh**hole!

The housekeeping was started but not finished in the bathroom. NO towels or washcloths and used soap from previous guest. The property couldn't locate my reservation, so it to calls to Expedia and a half hour to checkin. When finally got to the room it was ok, but not totally finished cleaning and NO towels and housekeeping was gone.

When I checked in they tried to charge me even though I had already paid. When I got to the room it smelled bad - like people had been smoking (in a non-smoking room). The cabinets were falling off and it just had a gross feeling.

The room is clean with a nice lounge chair and full kitchen; however, someone's food was left in the fridge and freezer which was rather gross to find. The toilet doesn't flush even with all the directions! I wish there were plug-ins for my phone and computer to charge, which other hotels conveniently have nowadays.

The room wasnt clean. The kitchenette has crumbs every where. The toilet system is just plain weird. It doesn't want to flush for eco friendly reasons but it's just weird. We had to open up the back just to get it to finally flush. There were stains on all the furniture. It just felt run down. There was no breakfast left and the breakfast station was a mess. The parking lot felt unsafe. I was worried about my car all night. It was LOUD inside the room. I vould hear conversations and partying from above and beside us all night.

When we walked in the vestibule and lobby smelled like a dispensary. The desk clerk was very nice and accomodating. The room was very plain (which im ok with) but the tv was glued to the desk so it could not be moved at all. The kitchen area had no dishes or utensils. Just a note that if you wanted those things you eould have to ask the desk. No coffee maker of coffee.. we were informed there was "breakfast in the morning in the lobby whih consisted of 2 cabinet drawers that were pulled open and full of breakfast bars to take with you. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept on. It was advertised as a queen but i highly suspect it was a full size. Something was biting me in my sleep as well. The window tract was lined with dead bugs and the toilet seat nearly fell off when i lifted it up.. Due to the price of this compared to the rest of the hotels in the area i was not expecting to be in a lavish environment and i knew that. I eneded up checking out the next morning and going somewhere else for the remainder of my stay. I have stayed at other extended stay america hotels that were very nice. This is NOT one of them. .This one was one of thte worst hotels ive stayed at period.

Urine stains all over the toilet seat. Only shampoo and soap provided. NO SHOWER HEAD in the tub shower, just a hand spray nozzle. The bed was so low to the ground, it was most likely for a disabled person. The room smelled like chemicals. Noisy traffic sounds from outside. I will strongly discourage anyone from staying here.
