"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. "Oui, notre séjour fut agréable ; l'ambiance est familiale et sereine ; le contact est facile malgré les difficultés des échanges linguistiques. Le seul petit problème pour nous qui sommes septuagénaires reste l'accès à la chambre ! Nous trouvons les marches d'escalier de plus en plus hautes à franchir... Surtout avec nos bagages. Dans notre chambre, tout est bien propre mais bien exigu ! Pour Madame, cela convient mais pour Monsieur, une impression de loger dans une maison de poupée !"
