"I have an adult son in a power wheel chair. It is very very difficult putting him in bed and getting him up. The reason is, the bed sits on a platform, which prevents my Hoyer lift from going under the bed to lift him.
Even the handicapped room is this way. Was very difficult for me as he weighs about 219 pounds."

"I stay here often when I visit Georgia because it’s convenient, and I’ve always had good experiences. The hotel is very clean, and I especially appreciate how well-kept the breakfast area is. The fact that they offer turkey sausage is definitely a plus.
On this visit, however, one interaction stood out in a negative way. The air in my room was stuck on 74 degrees, making it very muggy. I informed the front desk attendant, who was excellent, he showed great customer service and immediately took action. The manager later came to check the thermostat. Since I mentioned the issue in the morning (around 9–10 am), I assumed there would be enough time to consider moving rooms before the next check-ins at 3 pm. Instead, the manager said, “I don’t know if we can move rooms because people paid for these rooms.” I responded, “So did I, ma’am.”
That statement did not sit well with me. I’m not discouraging anyone from staying here, in fact, I still recommend this hotel and will likely return, but I wanted to bring awareness to the importance of wording and customer communication."
