"This was my second visit here and both times, staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, courteous and helpful! My room was recently renovated and much better than last visit. Comfy bed. Price was good. Loved the to-order eggs breakfast rather than continental. Locals even hang out here together for coffee! Now, if they would just turn off the 24-news in the restaurant...(Weather Channel is always a good option for tourists.) Thanks Quality Inn Americus -- i would speak highly of your place. "Room was filthy and smelled terrible. Shower, shower curtain and floor were moldy. Toilet was dirty. There were dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom. There was something splattered on the floor by the nightstand and something spattered on the wall. Sheets had greasy stains and dirt spots. Asked if they had another room and the front desk clerk was too busy having a conversation on her cell phone to do much other than tell me to contact Expedia. "
