I used to clean rooms back in my younger year's. Amd wcen now i am on site caretaker. Someone needs to get with the program here. The products. "Food was absolutely disgusting, had no seasoning . Have to pay to park across the street . Staff rude . Biggest problem is parking across the street at the indigo hotel and having to walk across the street. "

"Gosh I can’t say enough good things about this property …stayed one night for the Cardi B concert excellent staff even gave us a corner room cause it was available and slightly bigger …it had a walk in closet too!!! Excellent location sky way to target center was top tier since weather was kinda gross …clean room clean property great breakfast ….we parked across the street but parking in the hawthorn garage is super convenient also !!!! I’ll def stay again …keep being great Hampton inn and suites "
